These events are geared towards women 20+.
We all know how hard it is to make friends and meet like-minded people. Add anxiety on top of that, and it feels like Mission Impossible. So we decided to create something epic that also cuts out the awkward.
Cue Anxious Girl Social. A monthly social club for the anxious girlies ready to meet new people and make lasting friendships while doing all the cute and fun things that you have stored in your Pinterest board.
Anxious Girl Social is not just a fun idea, it's a direct investment in your mental health and well-being. Research shows that having meaningful connections and participating in social events is directly related to improving quality of life and reducing anxiety and depression symptoms.
What You Need To Know
Cost
We want to keep this as low-cost as possible for everyone, because you shouldn't have to pay to make friends. There will be an option to attend each of the events for FREE, Pay-what-you-can, or a set price. You choose what works for you, no judgment - we just want you here.
Who's Coming
Whether you're already a part of our community or not, you're welcome here. Anxious Girl Social is open to people 20+ who identify as female. Come alone, bring a friend, come as you are. Each month will be a different theme. Scroll down for all the details.

The Vibe
I have been dreaming up this evening with my co-host, Sandy, for a few months now, and it has come together to be more amazing than I ever imagined.
The vibe is a chill pool party (wearing whatever bathing suit or clothing you feel most like you in). A legendary girls' movie playing on the projector, private mini-Thai massages with Sandy, who has been trained in Thailand to offer these magical massages, and private card readings by Morgan for anyone who wants one. We'll be ending the night off with s'mores and hot dog roasting around the fire.
A summer night we all have on our Pinterest boards.
Your Role
Come alone or with a friend. Come as you are: anxious, awkward, silly, fun, outgoing or shy - because that's the whole point.
If you've been to an Anxious Girl Social before, you know we always have the most fun and epic nights, and if you're new here, we would LOVE to have you join our little community!
Cost
The cost to cover your own spot for this event is $30.00
The checkout price will show $65.00 - that price is if you have the financial means to cover your spot and fund someone else's spot who otherwise wouldn't be able to attend.
As always, you will notice a variety of discount codes at checkout, including a FREE code to attend at no charge. Please select what allows you to attend this event with ease, because the most important thing is that you're there.
All Anxious Girl Socials are Not-For-Profit events, and all money raised goes towards covering the expenses of each event.
An insurance receipt will be provided after the event to submit to your extended health benefits provider for therapy/ MSW services.
