These events are geared towards women 20+.
We all know how hard it is to make friends and meet like-minded people. Add anxiety on top of that, and it feels like Mission Impossible. So we decided to create something epic that also cuts out the awkward.
Cue Anxious Girl Social. A monthly social club for the anxious girlies ready to meet new people and make lasting friendships while doing all the cute and fun things that you have stored in your Pinterest board.
Anxious Girl Social is not just a fun idea, it's a direct investment in your mental health and well-being. Research shows that having meaningful connections and participating in social events is directly related to improving quality of life and reducing anxiety and depression symptoms.
What You Need To Know
Cost
We want to keep this as low-cost as possible for everyone, because you shouldn't have to pay to make friends. There will be an option to attend each of the events for FREE, Pay-what-you-can, or a set price. You choose what works for you, no judgment - we just want you here.
Who's Coming
Whether you're already a part of our community or not, you're welcome here. Anxious Girl Social is open to people 20+ who identify as female. Come alone, bring a friend, come as you are. Each month will be a different theme. Scroll down for all the details.

With Mother’s Day just around the corner, this night is an invitation to reflect on what “care” actually means. Whether that’s how you show up for others, or how you’re learning to show up for yourself.
Cost for this event: At checkout, you will notice that there are options to attend for free, pay-what-you-can, or paying full price. Full price covers your spot a little extra for someone else. These are not for-profit events; the total cost goes towards the cost of the event. Please choose what's accessible for you. The event price is at the highest rate, please use the discount codes that best fits you and your budget. An insurance receipt will be provided after the event to submit to your extended health benefits provider for therapy/ MSW services.
